Requirements for SMS aliases

The SMS alias must be between 3 and 11 characters long. It can include letters, numbers, spaces, and certain permitted symbols.

Aliases consisting solely of numbers, spaces at the beginning or end, consecutive spaces, or unsupported characters are not allowed.

Requirements for RCS aliases

The RCS alias must be between 3 and 40 characters long and must clearly identify its connection to a registered trademark, trade name, business name, or official domain of the entity.

The legal representative's corporate email address *Email address where authorization requests and registration notifications will be sent. We recommend using a corporate email address associated with the organization’s official domain. Avoid personal accounts such as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, or other similar services.

Operating Permit *I hereby expressly authorize G729 S.L. to route SMS/RCS messages using a number assigned by G729 S.L., on a temporary and secondary basis, in lieu of the specified Sender ID, whenever necessary for technical, operational, or regulatory reasons.
